Wanted Rental: Spacious 1-2 Bed flat for single professional occupant

I've been trying the traditional methods of finding a property to rent in the area (and surrounding area) with no luck and had this forum recommended to me. I have and will continue to browse the listings, but also wanted to list my own needs incase anyone was coming to the market.

Im a single professional working in the design/insurance/cycling industry looking to move back to London after a few years in York. Im looking for a spacious 1 bed, or normal 2 bed property to rent.

Must haves are:

• some kind of parking (on street, with permit is fine)
  
  Space. Ideally c.60 sq meters total space

Nice to haves are:

• some kind of shared or private outside space
  
  unfurnished
  
  Available by 15th October

My upper budget is c.£1800 a month (plus bills)

Please share anything you have on or something to the market. Happy to do remote vieweings but i will be in London a few times over this week and next and can be down after that also. Thank you in advance.

Bathroom is not new .
