Robert at All Aspects Plumbing highly recommended. He came when he said he would; fetched the parts he needed to replace leaking stop valve on the mains supply and broken ball valve in cold water tank. He spotted some dodgy pipe work and fixed that too. Quick, efficient, reasonably priced and very friendly 07952584171

  Called them to rewire a fire alarm. They asked for a photo which I have sent as well as details of a spotlight that needed changing, I have no reply from them since even though I have sent WhatsApp messages trying to understand what the issue is.

  Are your neighbours also smelling it? If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced. Hopefully you can track it down.
