Monica at Healthmatters does food and other allergy testing. Her username on here is monica or pop into the shop and speak to her, she's very knowledgeable.

Edited to add that Monica is a trained food nutritionist and has various other qualifications, I am sure she can list them for you.

My son has been seen through the allergy clinic at St Thomas' Hospital and they are excellent, but you might find there is quite a wait to be seen. To speed things up (and put our mind at rest) we saw Dr George du Toit privately for one consultation and then got referred back into the NHS clinic, which has worked really well. One tip is to start keeping a diary of when your daughter's itches come and go, and what you suspect caused it at the time, because it is impossible to remember it all when you are in the consulting room. And keep a bottle of Piriton handy. Good luck.
