Crawler-friendly places in central London

I'm taking my ten-month-old into that London to meet a friend and her teenage daughter next week.

She's OK in her buggy for an hour or so, then is desperate to get out an have a good old crawl and seek out danger.

Is there anywhere you could recommend that would please her and not bore a 15-year-old? London Bridge/Soho/Covent Garden way? She'd be pleased with any bit of floor space really!

Festival Hall has a massive area for your little one to run around in with a nice cafe with lots of comfy sofa areas scattered around and sometimes free music concerts on
