Dog trainer!

Recommendation: Pam Mulvaney +44 7939 023135 she has helped me so much with my two dogs who are protective of me, do not have good recall skills or come back when they are ready too! I can't recommend her highly enough. She has given me confidence and changed the way the dogs behave in such a short period of time ( yes I'm aware it needs to be followed and too quick to say it's everlasting) but as Pam says "she helps control behaviour not Cure it" unlike many people calling themselves trainers claim to be able to do. I have spent close to thousands on having trainers come and help me with my dogs issues and all I was told was "I will have to give my dog up if I want to start a family" ... "They are beyond help" or just spend the hour throwing treats at them! All of which made me feel like I'd done the worst possible job ever ... I now feel confident that I can and have the tools to walk my dogs on the common at a busy time and not at 6am on a Saturday to avoid runners, dogs and cyclists. I should also add that in 4 hours only 2 treats were used. Which works well as I often forget things so having a dog who listens and is praised by my tone of voice is perfect for me! Wish I found Pam before my confidence was trodden in to the ground so I really would like to spread the word should anyone else be needing a trainer who knows what she is teaching.

    • Apart from being yet another eyesore in our lovely park the track is going to be 5 metres wide, that’s wider than my living room! By the time this is installed it will be too late for people to object. This must be rethought, even more of our park is being given over to GALA. The council didn’t factor in HGV access when they planned the flood alleviation works and now they expect park goers to suffer further. Complaints might help, worth a try but needs to be before the consultation ends on Feb 10th
    • It is absolutely real, I walked past the site, complete with car and trashed wall, at about 2pm this afternoon.
    • Oh ok, I'm even more confused now then. Have you seen the discussion on the dangerous driving thread?
    • Sue - I promise you that was no fake photo, not sure that I'm even capable to that.  I took the picture about 12:15 today.
