Held in a candle-lit room, full of incense.Small, friendly class of up to 5 students.

A vinyasa flow yoga class - suitable for all levels .

Perfect way to unwind from the stresses of the day ....

Held at 41 Overhill Road.

Monday - Wed - Friday 12 -1.30pm

Wednesday and Thursday evening at 7.30 -9pm a sequence of postures flowing

into one another .... ?12 per session
