Repair to mdf cupboard door

I had custom cupboard doors made for my kitchen (by someone off this forum whom I have no intention of ever using again!). They appear to be mdf and it looks like moisture may have got in to the bottom of them as there is a bit of swelling and the paint is beginning to crack.

Any idea how I fix this?

  What time is "early morning"? If it is disturbing your sleep, have you gone to talk to them and/or their parents and ask them to scream more quietly? Children do play loudly! I have acupuncture sessions at a community acupuncture clinic next to the playground of a nursery school, and they are more restful when there are no children in the playground 🤣
