Wanted- recommendation for a local Car Repair- bodywork garage

I have a big dent in my rear bumper and need to get it fixed. Can anyone please recommend a good, reliable, trustworty local bodywork garage that would help?

I've recommended this guy before in Forest Hill - JS Coachworks just over in Forest Hill - top guy, good value, and really friendly. Won't try to rip you off in my experience.

I've had a quote from JS and from one other. JS have quoted me almost exactly twice as much. It may be that that's the right amount but I'd love a third opinion for balance.

So, if anyone else has a recommendation, it'd be greatly appreciated.
