House refurbishment cost - care to share?

Can anyone give me an indication of how much it would cost to do the following? Base on a small, 3 bed Victorian terrace.

* Double glazing to front bay and 3 upstairs windows

* Re-wiring of house plus 3 new sockets

* Knock through of wall between lounge and dining room

* New carpets to stairs, upstairs landing and 3 small bedrooms

* Plastering of 3 rooms

* New front door, solid wood

- optional extras at this stage -

* Demolition of lean-to utility

* Add bifold doors to existing back wall
