Pity anyone selling with Pickwick - so rude

Wow, a few days ago I spoke to the rudest young guy at Pickwick in Honor Oak.

Wanted to register to buy around the area up to New Cross, and he scoffed at our budget, saying we'd need at least ?800,000 for a 3 bed Victorian.

We're not bankers. Tactics like that will just make us pack up and look in East London. Beware to anyone who was selling with them - this is the service your potential buyers are getting.

I had an identical experience with them a few years ago (different price and housing stock, but same patronising willy-waving). To be fair, its more than Pickwick who pulled that stunt, but they were the most abrasive.
