Creative Landscaper Wanted

I'm looking for a really creative landscaper/company to transform our small garden into a child-friendly urban oasis. At the moment it's fine but I'm really looking to take it is to next level so that we have a space where children can play (but where play equipment does not dominate the space) and adults also want to be and not just for a couple of months in the summer. It needs to be low maintenance and still look appealing over the winter months.

I would be really grateful for any recommendations.

  To be clear. This dog wasn't in the woods. It was running loose along the pavement on Crescent Wood Road close to the entrance to the Woods. Either way, as others have said, this breed ought to be on lead and muzzled in any public areas. Looking to try and excuse these behaviours is not helpful.
