As a cake maker and decorator I have noticed a decline in orders since the faithful credit crunch.

So I decided to develop a new service to parents who want to purchase a personalised, novelty cake

for their children's birthday, christening or graduation.

DRESS YOUR CAKE ! Was born and has developed into an inexpensive way for parents to purchase a great looking,

professionally finished cake.

Buy an inexpensive large cake from your local supermarket and bring it to me. I will 'dress it' with a large edible cake topper ( Ben 10, A Flower Fairy, Clowns - anything is possible ) and place your child's name and age on the cake along with further decorations for the top and sides of the cake. This new venture has proved extremely popular and affordable for local parents.

Visit www.thecouturecookieshop.co.uk to see a selection of my edible cake decorations and of course my cakes and cookies for those on a higher budget.

Sue, how dare you!

It was my dead dads wish that I wear and enjoy this, his favorite evening dress.

Out of respect i wear it every afternoon for an hour between 1-2PM and if the weather nice i sometime lift a tier for a bit of ventilation. It does get quite unbearably hot.

EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE, EXTERMINATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Since the faithfall credit crunch I enjoy applying extreme and excessive amounts of troll spray to remove blatent sales postings in the WRONG section from this message board.

    • Prices at WHS are ridiculous. I thought £4.80 was for the price of a meal deal when I went to buy a small bottle of orange juice. I was wrong.
    • We went to Love Dulwich a couple of times last summer and found food good. We have a family meal anticipated on a Friday evening in February - adult who needs gluten free food, plus a couple of vegetarians. and 2 children under 12  one who cannot eat dairy produce. Any suggestions for a restaurant?   we have done Maria's in the past. Ideally in ED on a bus route   and where we can reserve tables. Possibly will be 9/10 of us. Also 2 of us use walking aids so limited steps plus a disabled toilet.  Would also consider Peckham.
