central heating engineer plumber needed urgently

My central heating and hot water has been switched off, after Glowworm engineer discovered hole in flue. He then left, saying that the flue was not something that Glowworm would deal with. Since then without central heating or hot water, and searching for a heating engineer/plumber to replace outer flue. Any suggestions? I shall deal with my home insurance people who also reneged on responsibility later, but in meantime need to sort out my heating
