H4
Hi there,I'm a local yoga teacher with many years of experience in pregnancy teaching. I have another woman interested in pregnancy yoga at the moment so if you're interested and we can find a time that suits us all, I'd be happy to teach the two of you together. I teach at my home, so am limited to two or three per group, but that also means you get a more personalised class and I can address your needs each week.. and it's warm and cosy!I'd usually run it on a monthly basis. Sessions are ?15 per person as I have no studio overheads and I can provide appreciations from past students if you'd like!Send me a PM if you'd like to talk about if furtherHarriet Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/97114-looking-for-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-972033 Share on other sites
MellowYellow
I also recommend Michele at Goose Green for pregnancy yoga on Saturday mornings. She is lovely and the classes have really helped me with relaxing and dealing with back pain x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/97114-looking-for-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-973224 Share on other sites
CLAU
HiI am currently trying the pregnancy Yoga classes at the ESPH (116 Lordship Ln, London SE22 8HD) on Thursdays 7pm - I really like the classes and the teacher ... She usually asks of any aches, bothers and tailors the class accordingly. Also, it is never too busy (4/5 ladies at most).?15 if you pay on the day (?69 for a five-class pass). I believe you can try it for free once! x Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/97114-looking-for-pregnancy-yoga/#findComment-975534 Share on other sites
