I will be moving at the end of the month & need a 2/3 bed, unfurnished garden flat for my son & I. We have worked in the area for 15 years & are well known on the forum. I am willing to offer 6 months rent in advance for a well decorated flat. Would be great with a garage for our tools, but will rent one if necessary. Very happy to do up/ maintain the garden.
