blacklashez
Hello, I currently send my child to Townsend Montessori in Foresthill bit I'm not too sure about a few things like the attitude of a some staff and mismanagement. Red flags seem to pop up now and then and I'm thinking of changing my child's nursery. Is it my imagination? Or does anyone else feel the same? Thanks! minder
Have you voiced your concerns with the Manager/staff and maybe talked to other parents there? blacklashez
I'm relatively new so don't know any of the parents really. Also, a few times when I was unhappy about something the staff seemed annoyed. I even write an email to the manager but recieved no reply... chica9
We were happy with this nursery - but I think the best way to deal with any concerns is to speak with the room supervisor, and then if you're still not happy meet the manager in person and be really clear about anything that you'd like to change. Have you thought about posting in the se23 mums Facebook group to find other parents with kids in the same room? Judyforesthill
My LO is at the same nursery and we are currently considering taking her out and putting her in with a CM. I would agree with the other mums - either speak to the staff and if you are still not happy take your LO out. blacklashez
I have spoken to the staff on many occasions and they know immnot thrilled . The problem is other nurseries which are good have a year long waiting list! And I want my son to go to a nursery, so i feel a bit stuck!
