These 1.5 workshops will help de-mystify the essential fundamentals of pilates and aim to help you understand and integrate the principles into your regular pilates classes, as well as other forms of exercise classes/fitness.


I am a qualified and experienced 'Body Control Pilates'instructor and have been teaching locally for over 15 years.
