BT line problems

Anyone else having issues with their phone line? BT are being rather unhelpful to say the least

Nope. ANd when I do have probs I found BT to be not bad once you get past the fifteen hundred options it takes to get to a human bean!

No service from last night - shame really as it takes the internet out as well! I was sort of hoping that it was more than just my flat

yes I had no phone line or internet when I tried both at around 11.am. Eventually they came back and hour or two later but internet very slow.

My internet also went down earlier today, much to my relief was back when I turned the router off for a while then on again. Has been fine since.

No line for five days. Eventually fixed. Problem was damage after bad weather to local exchange.
