    • Yes it's a rubbish system. Last Christmas at DKH Sainsbury's I was charged the wrong price for a similar reason. I was told I should have taken a photo of the label on the shelf before bringing the item to the checkout! Why would it even cross my mind to do that? I was made to go through all the Christmas shoppers to the other side of the store to take a photo, and only then did I get charged the correct price. This was a matter of several pounds, not a few pence. It was a bottle of Kahlua. When I subsequently suggested there was something wrong with their systems and that many other people must also have been charged the wrong price, and probably not noticed if they had full Christmas trolleys of stuff, I was told that complaints were not dealt with by the store manager. I was told I would have to complain to Head Office, that I could not do this by email, and that I would have to send them a letter. I just gave up. There's a limit to how much of my life I want to spend in trying to put things right. Funny how these errors always seem to be in the shop's favour.
    • Hi, I'd love to add a recommendation for Niko - also my go-to plumber.  He's responsive, expert, well-priced and goes beyond just fixing the problem.  Thoroughly recommend him.
    • Perhaps by putting some comments in there along the lines of your objections. "The document is unclear because it doesn't specifically state that this is a change on policy by the council, effectively banning new loft conversions in the face of statutory permitted development rights. The document should state this clealry in large bold font and highlight how unfair that is and that it is likely to lead to judicial review."   I don't know if any of the above is actually correct though.
    • Jason Kemp cleans many windows on my road, I’ve used him before and was very pleased with him +44 7946 002791
