They had never done any management training of any sort and were a new team. I thought that the Newspaper Tower Building exercise would be a good ice breaker. They were a PR agency and so would have lots of newspapers. I sent an email asking them to keep some newspapers for the training day, I didnt say what for.They replied, asking "Left wing or Right newspapers?"There then followed a discussion with colleagues on what political colour of newspaper makes the best tower ... Then you can easily fold it over once more.
