Sewing machine - faulty GONE STC

I have a Necchi 270 that worked mid-January; I haven't touched it since but now it just won't turn on. I suspect it may be the fuse in the plug but I am really not sure. If anyone wants to try to fix it, it's free. Collection from Crofton Park.
