looking for electrician who can rewire a floor lamp

I have had this floor lamp from Habitat for a couple of years now, it has always been working fine until last week when it started burning bulbs first then stopped working altogether.

At habitat they told me it probably only needs rewiring. I am afraid I have no time to take care of it myself so if any electrician is able to help please PM me!

My lamp is grey but it looks just like the one in the link..

I've had lamps rewired by the electrical shop in Northcross Rd ,up towards the junction with Crystal Palace Rd .
