Missing slightly fluffy black and white cat

My parents' black and white cat has been missing for a long while now but we have had reported sightings, particularly from the allotment, next to where they live in Dulwich Common, so think he may still be around.

If anyone spots him could they let me know?

He's about four, slightly fluffy, mostly black with a white face and paws and other white markings. Sometimes has a limp.
