ali5on
Hello allI'm looking to replace the cheap laminate flooring in my small Victorian conversion flat. I'm a bit overwhelmed by all the tradesman websites and not sure who to trust, or what would be a reasonable price. I want to lay engineered wood upstairs and either the same downstairs, or possibly restore the original floorboards there. Does anyone have a recommendation of someone experienced who could advise me on this / carry out the work for a reasonable price? Any thoughts on whether it's best to go with someone who provides the whole service, or purchase the flooring myself and employ someone just to fit - if so, any recommendations for where to buy decent but not extortionate materials? Many thanks!
