FOUND ONE, THANKS ALL! Can anyone recommend a good builder in SE15?

Hi all, I'm looking for a decent builder who doesn't charge the earth but isn't a cowboy! It's to do a simple single-storey kitchen extension, fit a new kitchen/bathroom and possibly some DIY, laying new floor etc. So if anyone can recommend someone reliable, trustworthy, efficient and who doesn't break the bank, I would really appreciate it.
