Ladymuck
Although not a strictly female event, you could turn up at the EDF drinks...(you could just snub the men! hee hee)...the next one is on Friday 8th. Sido
hello ladymuck, thank you very much for your reply:))when meeting up in groups i absolutely don?t mind meeting men as well...i?m just worried to get requests for dates, that?s actually all about it:-$...i don?t know how it works here and maybe i sound a little bit clumsy:-$ (as english is not my first language)so i?m not against men :))...i?m just searching for friends:)-Dyour edf sounds very interesting! so i should pop over to see how it is......but i would still be interested in meeting people face to face, having conversations, having a coffee etc...i?m not so much a "big group" person and find it more difficult in finding friends in big groups but i will try as well.if there still is anyone who prefers to meet in little groups as well, who loves art, culture, conversations ect i would be very happy:))thank your very much for reading! I have also made some fabulous friends as a result of attending the drinks (both male and female)...so there you go...I don't think you would have anything to lose by attending. Oh, and you don't sound clumsy at all. Willkomm und bis spater denn! PeckhamRose
Blimey!"i?m just worried to get requests for dates"When I was in my teens and 20s I would have LOVED to have got requests for dates. Never had that confidence and never got them. One can always turn them away/down if one gets such requests. But to get them when they're really wanted, never happened!MrPR came along just as I was heading for the atheist nunnery(!)
