Recommendations for complete house/garden renovation

Hi - we are in the process of buying a house on Friern Road which needs complete renovation, kitchen extension, loft extension and garden design and build. We are renting for 6 months whilst the work is being completed. It's a big project and we want a dream home at the end! We need a creative / reliable firm to help us with design, manage the planning permission process and then do the whole build. From a web search we have come across Tony Pestano, Conley & Co and Design squared, but we are both new to the area and also not expert in work of this scale.

Any thoughts / experiences welcome!!
