I would echo everything that has already been said about Tony and Brendan at NoFlies. They helped me set a realistic price for my property, arranged an open day, and I accepted an offer above the asking price in just over a week. They are so easy to work with and I felt they were really working on my behalf. I have also been selling my mother’s house using a big high street agent and my experience has been so different, they spin a yarn about how much your property is worth in order to get your business, they rarely have anyone available to attend the property for surveys etc, and they show little interest in communicating what’s going on. Selling a house can be a stressful business so go with an agent that has your back and gives you the personal service. They are also cheaper than the big high street agents - Win, Win! -
