Do they put anything in any of their bins? -
Is it a myth that southwark don’t have the technology/ facilities to separate food waste from brown bin contents so it’s all put in together anyway. -

The food waste bins were collected this week but they definitely didn’t put theirs out. I might put a note through their letterbox.
