Free: Leather sofa

I have a dark brown/black 3-seater leather sofa which I no room for any longer. The sofa is an attractive shape and well made and hard-wearing, however there is a small tear in the seat which could repaired/glued. The sofa measurements are 102cm wide, 80cm high and 82 deep.   Great service from Aria again. He came out very quickly and sorted a leaking pipe that was preventing us from getting our new dishwasher up and running. His fees are very reasonable and he is inventive in trying to avoid unnecessarily expensive solutions.

  Completely agree. It is not only good practice to inform clients in advance of a move/departure/closure but they presumably have not been sending regular case updates either. My advice would be to continue to complain to firm, SRA and Ombudsman.
