Hi there

I got this all singing/all dancing cat half price at work for my little girl - the only thing is that it's come without instructions so I can't fathom out many of the things the cat is supposed to be able to do - if anyone has the instructions could I photocopy? (as I didn't buy it 'in store' there's no customer services to call)

Many thnaks

Hi,

we got one of those too for our daughter.....have the instructions but we're away first thing tomorrow til the 2nd. If you haven't found any instructions by then you're more than welcome to copy ours.

In the meantime, turn the button on her foot to "1" for on

Once she's on you can get her to say and do stuff by pressing her front paw, the back of her neck or her chest (on the fluffy white bit) You'll feel the little buttons in all those places.

When you put the cd on, make sure she's no more than a metre or so from the speakers (and on) and she'll do her thing to the story and songs.

Same deal with the movie.

If she's not joining in turn it up a bit and press one of her buttons to "wake" her up!

that's it really....

....Sigh.....I'm slightly depressed that I know all this.......hmmm, maybe wine will help.......

Enjoy!

Tulsie x

Tulsie - thank you! Am going to sound really thick here but there seem to be three positions for the switches on the paw - 1, 0 and X - is 1 the only one that turns it on and if so which is off??!!! Sorry she got gone of those kiddie cameras too and I can't work out how to use that either but she is mastering it very quickly!

Many thanks and if I have no joy I will pop round when you return and photocopy!

Cheers, EMC

    • Thank you so much for that link. I had no idea they were there. Also there's a brilliant video on their website about making environmentally friendly gardens, both the hard landscaping materials and the plants used. I learned a lot. Though it was a bit disconcerting hearing someone talk with a fraightfully posh accent  exactly like the late Queen. I will definitely be visiting!

    • Franklins is lovely but it usually only has one veggie option, so if your vegetarian doesn't like it they might  find it hard to find something else. So it might be worth checking out in advance what's on the menu on the night you want to book. Maria's is also lovely, but it's very small. I didn't think they had a table large enough for 8, but reading the above I'm obviously wrong!
