great electrician - Richard Mitchell

Just wanted to share back that I asked Richard to come do some work for us today- based on previous forum recommendations... and was v pleased with his work. Three new sockets (2 inside, 1 outside) plus extending light flex. he was friendly and efficient. here's his number if you need something done: 07931 890 286

Richard replaced all our halogen ceiling lights with LEDs in December 2014, an excellent job at a reasonable price.

We had a problem with one of the dimmer switches on Friday last, and he came on Sunday to fix it, even though it was outside the year's guarantee. Highly recommended.

I would like to add my recommendation for Richard, I found him via the forum by doing a search for "electrician". I phoned him on Friday late afternoon and he arranged to come Saturday morning at 9.00am.

He did a host of things for us from sorting out a tripping switch, fixing a dimmer, changing an extractor fan in the bathroom, sorting out our outside light, and finding out the problem with the halogen lights in the garage.

He waited whilst we went to get extra parts which were needed.

He is a really nice guy, worked really hard, and was very reasonably priced.

I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Richard can be contacted on 07931 890286

    • I’m sure that’s true. She is very protective. When I first saw her I couldn’t see the goslings and then they appeared from underneath her.  Maybe there was a fourth, but it certainly wasn’t anywhere near the mother so that makes me think it had already been lost.
    • Would the parent geese not attack a dog (whatever size) who came anywhere near the goslings? They were keeping very close to them on Friday, and when one of the goslings wandered just a little way off from the others, one of the parents followed it. This was on land, very close to the railings,  not on the water.
    • MISSING CAT IN SE15 bordering #SE22 We were devastated to hear that one of our client’s cats has been missing & hasn’t come home for over 24 hours! This is out of character for a cat like Olive. She is spayed, microchipped & has a loving family home where she is pampered. She doesn’t roam the streets, as she is not allowed out the front door. She is very friendly & may be wandering through your back gardens. Please contact us if you have any sightings or information on where she could be. DM us on FB or IG or email [email protected] Please share if you live in the immediate area. Thank you 🙏🏻💖 https://www.thewinglessbird.com/contact
    • As they are ongoing issues in the area, I expect they want residents to be assured  that they are still taking action on them?
