Recommendation for a leak specialist

We need some specialist assistance to help track down a leak from a ground floor flat into a basement flat. Various builders have tried and failed to find and deal with the leak. If anyone has a good experience with a specialist in this area please forward contact details. Thanks

We had a similar problem in March 2013. We noticed that our water meter was still registering water flowing through the meter when we knew everything was switched off. We contacted ADI plumbing leak detection service, who have specialist leak detection equipment, it sounds like a quiet air raid siren when it detects a leak, it gets louder and faster the closer it gets to the leak. I thought the cost of solving the problem expensive at over ?700.00, but we could not find any alternative.
