Have posted somewhere els on the forum as well about Sune, but so happy that for the first time ever I have turned around the way I eat and approach my health - just had to write again. It's all logical(no gimmicks) but with proper support on a group and individual level. There is no going back for me, and especially with some health issues Sune has been an amazing support and gave me insights as to what foods works better etc. Just this morning I thought if someone told me a few months ago I will make these change I would not have believed it, but it hasn't been hard at all .. and now a new me, and very pleased that I've turned around the way I approach food. Happy to answer more questions if anyone wants to PM me.
I started this course in September with just over a stone of baby weight to lose. Sune provided the tools and encouragement to change a lifetime of bad habits . Small, simple changes combined with regular group meetings/recipe sharing and weigh ins helped me to shift the baby weight and improve my relationship with food (comfort eater...guilty). Would highly recommend Sune to anyone looking to lose weight or change their approach and relationship to food.s

    • yep totally stable   remember when Johnson messed things up and was about to be replaced - were you calling for an election then?   what is the purpose of posting all that Magna Carta bobbins - how is it in any way pertinent in 2024 to a newly elected government - you are just spouting nonsense you read and see on YouTube - you have nothing resembling a case or a point the electorate for example may well change their minds. - and they can express that at the next general election (unlike the debacle that was the Brexit referendum for example)
    • The Clauses of Magna Carta There are 63 clauses in Magna Carta. For the main part, the clauses do not deal with legal principles but instead relate to the regulation of feudal customs and the operation of the justice system. There are clauses on the granting of taxes, towns and trade, the extent and regulation of the royal forest, debt, the Church and the restoration of peace. Only four of the 63 clauses in Magna Carta are still valid today - 1 (part), 13, 39 and 40. Of enduring importance to people appealing to the charter over the last 800 years are the famous clauses 39 and 40: “No free man shall be seized, imprisoned, dispossessed, outlawed, exiled or ruined in any way, nor in any way proceeded against, except by the lawful judgement of his peers and the law of the land. “To no one will we sell, to no one will we deny or delay right or justice.” These clauses remain law today, and provided the basis for important principles in English law developed in the fourteenth through to the seventeenth century, and which were exported to America and other English-speaking countries. Their phrasing, ‘to no one' and ‘no free man' gave these provisions a universal quality that is still applicable today in a way that many of the clauses relating specifically to feudal custom are not.
    • pretty much everything in this post is  why after 14 years the last govt were chucked out - don't you get that?   if you don't want an economic crash you shouldn't have voted for Brexit (and Labour shouldn't be sticking so much to their red lines either)   I'm basically saying everything you say is hypocritical   and again - have a look at the countries where most of those petition signers are coming from- it's not the UK
    • I'd like to examine this too please.  Where can I do so?
