icicle
Does anyone know if there's a foodbank in East Dulwich? Reading a huge article about them at the weekend and the phenomenal work they do (not just providing food but advice on a range of housing and finance issues) has pricked at my conscience. I think there is one at the massive Sainsbury's at the retail park but I wonder if there's one nearer ED? nxjen
I'm not sure if there's one in East Dulwich but there's one on Peckham High Street next to the Post Office. It's called Pecan. http://www.pecan.org.uk/what-we-do/community-services/southwark-foodbank Sainsburys made a huge blunder with my delivery just before Christmas - I got a refund and PECAN got the food I couldn't use. Win/Win! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/92582-foodbank/#findComment-956335 Share on other sites
