Hello

Come and join my new Gentle Hatha Flow class at the lovely new Community Centre, The Green at Nunhead, Tuesdays 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

As this is a new class, I'm offering a ?5 taster price for everybody's first class (normal price ?10 drop-in or discount card ?45 for 5 class pass - valid for 8 weeks).

The class sizes will be small and welcoming at run a gentle pace, but still with the aim to fully stretch the body out to aid relaxation at the end of the class.   Agree and that is due to the echo-chamber nature of social media algorithms. Previously racists and other idiots wouldn't read stuff in traditional media that echoed their warped mindset but now they feel empowered because they think everyone thinks this and can easily reach those that do share the same ideology. Cast your mind back to how Blackberry Messenger was blamed for its role in the London riots back in 2011. We now have that a thousand times worse.
