iaineasy
http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q276/easyuk/crop34.jpgjust wondering what people think about them, do they have healing qualities and come from the aliens or are they cool artwork by some very clever individuals? Are they a complete waste of good crops or do the yeilds increase in the feilds where they appear, some farmers report that they do?Personally I lilke them and think they brighten upour countryside. mockney piers
We discussed this before. Consensus was man made obviously, yes they're pretty but you wouldn't to find one in your field now would you.I used to see them quite often in herts/beds. Always coincidentally in full view of apassing main road (A405 was very popular, can't imagine there are many aliens concerned wih how many admirers will be going between Luton and hitchin) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/9232-cropcircles/#findComment-278443 Share on other sites

mockney piers
Oh undoubtedly. Very impressive, doing that in the dark with wooden boards and rope. I doff my hat. mockney piers
Oh undoubtedly. Very impressive, doing that in the dark with wooden boards and rope. I doff my hat. But also vandalism. Damn sight more damaging than a banksy on the side of a building. SteveT
If they were doing a proper days work they wouldn't have the energy to get up to hours of mischief.I suppose some 'circlists' must arrange with the farmer to purchase the crop in the field, before they embark on their great works. Ted Max
http://wimp.com/knownuniverseThis is beautiful. The known universe in space and time, and back again, in five minutes. The film was put together by the American Museum of Natural History and the Rubin Museum of Art.Posted it here because I'm not sure where else to put it. Tarot
Maybe crop circles are,, a secret way of testing out, laser weapons from certain space stations, or established stations already on the moon, built up since the sixties. They are far too accurate for some late night jerks with planks and string. benjaminty
If Mike Skinner and his sidekick Beat Stevie (Ted) can do this with a tractor and a bit of software with GPS then surely anyone can? Not quite as accurate granted but then the pattern is very irregular compared to most...http://www.skinnermike.com/blog/2009/08/beat-stevie-casting-down-your-pod-e03so1.html Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/9232-cropcircles/#findComment-278697 Share on other sites

Peckhamgatecrasher
Probably not the right thread, but did anyone else hear the St John's, Goose Green clock strike at midnight? Didn't count the strokes, but very spooky. After dismissing the idea that we were being invaded, I couldn't sleep for ages pondering the mystery of this. Brendan
Never heard of the Great Alfonso and his Comical Campanologists? Those most celebrated jackpuddings of the 19th century and ever evasive robbers of Victorian vestries.
