Otta
I love soup, but if you served fish soup I'd be coming nowhere near you.Tend to agree with foxy that local rents might be a challenge. What about a soup van on Northcross road? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/91985-soup-cafe/page/3/#findComment-956119 Share on other sites

Jeremy
> At what point does a drink become soup?I would dare to suggest that the two are not mutually exclusive. Some soups can be simulataneously both drinks and soups. However, once it contains any solid bits, or has been thickened to a "creamy" texture, it is no longer a drink. DulwichFox
Some time back in the 80's in the Herne Tavern my beer had lumps in... I returned it to the bar where I was told by the 'Landlady' ? "It's real ale Luv.. It's supposed to have lumps in it. It's the yeast.' I told her.. "No it's not yeast.. You havn't cleaned your pipes. " That was the last time I ever went in The Herne. never been back.. DulwichFox.. Otta
I don't think you'd like it now Foxy, probably best you stay away. It's rather family friendly.I disagree that you have to sit down with a bowl of soup. A cup of good hot soup on a cold day is a glorious thing.
