Hi,

Myself and a friend are currently seeking a 6 months rental in East Dulwich/Forest hill/Peckham.

Looking to pay ?1100 - ?1300 pcm for the whole property.

We would prefer furnished with a bed & matress and a wardrobe

We are two single females that are working fulltime, we are currently moving out of our existing tennancy as soon as we find a place as we currently live with a messy/unclean group of 4 in a 6 bedroom house.

We have lived in East Dulwich for 5 months and love the area.

We will look after your property, we are looking for a home to settle in for a minimum of 6 months and then hopefully extend the lease.
