Hi,

My friend and I (both working professionals and very tidy women) are looking for a place to rent in the east Dulwich/ forest hill/Peckham area. Our Budget is ?1300 including bills per month but for the right place we are willing to spend a little bit more. We don't smoke or have any pets. Looking for something homey

  I second that whole heartedly. Come the next local elections lots of Labour incumbents will be turfed out and it will pave the way for sensible, committed and non-tribal candidates to be selected.
