? A specialist 1.5hr workshop performed by a Specialist Women?s Health Physiotherapist (MCSP HPC) and Pilates Instructor (PilatesForm)

? Beneficial to all women, including post-natal, pre and postmenopausal and post gynaecological surgery.

? Professional advice on your pelvic floor muscles.

? Exercises to aid the prevention and/or management of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

? Advice and practical self-assessment of the rectus diastasis abdominis (tummy gap).

? Top tips to help prevent and/or manage a tummy gap.

? Practical self-assessment of your core abdominal muscles.

? Advice and practical sessions addressing core muscle strengthening, posture correction and return to higher level activities.

Cost : ?20

Location: Dulwich Medical Centre, 2b Crystal palace road, East Dulwich, SE22 9HB

  So let's never do anything that might improve an area, because it will just be dragged down to the level of what's presently there? Is that what you are saying? I don't have the time or the inclination to do the research, but I'm pretty sure that I have read that when people who had lived in a very run down area were given nice surroundings, they appreciated and looked after them.
