Can anyone recommend a Zumba class

I have been looking around for a Zumba class for some time.

I am not exactly in the first flush of youth neither do I have a free bus pass.

I want someting fun, not too strenuous and not surrounded by lycra clad size 10 people.

Can anyone help someone suggested the Harris Academy one on Monday nights?

I go to the Monday night Harris Academy zumba as often as I can and it is fab! Fi and Dom who run it are totally awesome - encouraging and really fun. There is a huge range of ages, sizes and ability :-) It can be pretty strenuous if you really go for it but you can also go more gently and no one will look askance. I highly recommend it.

      Missing cat called Tim Tam Please look out for him. Neutered and micro chipped.  He tends to roam around Thompson Rd, Goodrich Rd (near lordship lane), Landcroft Rd and Crystal Palace rd near sainsburys local. Thank you
