Offered Free: Computer to worthy cause

Wanting to donate our old computer to a suitable charity, youth club, nursery, school etc...

It currently runs Windows XP media centre but I guess could be upgraded by someone who knows what they're doing. It doesn't take up lots of space as the computer base is fitted behind the TV monitor - comes with TV remote and wireless keyboard and mouse.

Can anyone suggest a worthy cause that could make use of it?
