Lovely room in a spacious flat in Sydenham to rent

Hi

we are a couple based in Sydenham(post code SE26 4JY). We are planning to go abroad from April for six months and we have a 3 bed duplex to rent. Ideally we want a friend of us staying and renting one of the rooms and rent another room to a person or a couple.

The flat is new and we only started living here since November 2014. We would leave it furnished and with all the appliances, the flat also has a very big garden, it feels more like a house really.

There are loads of shops around, Lidl, Tesco, The co operative shop.. and it's a 10 min walk to Sydenham station thats located in the zone 3.

The price we charge is just to cover the flat costs.

So we are looking to rent the room for ?600 for one person or ?750 for the couple( with bills included).

A deposit is required.
