If you feel the need to complain about anything at this surgery, then do email the practice manager. I've had to do this (once in 20 years!) and received a prompt and courteous reply which made me feel that I was listened to and that my complaint was taken seriously.

Yes,absolutely agree! You need to contact the manager,as tomskip says,so they aware & do something about it!
