courtesy of mumsnet - 5 minute cake-in-a-cup;

4 tblsp SR flour

4 tblsp castor sugar

2 tblsp cocoa

1 x egg

3 tblsp milk

3 tblsp veg oil

1 x mug or large cup

mix dried ingredients in cup,

break in egg & mix well

add milk & veg oil, & mix really well

heat in 1000kw microwave for 3 mins

I made this chocolate cake for my dad's bday on the 9th and it went down such a treat, it's so delicious! I left off the naff chocolate curls though...
