An exercise ball, a balance and stability tool and a great core challenge. Challenge your balance, improve your strengthen and coordination. Effectively targets core/torso muscles, the muscles that are essential for stability and good posture. Please note, these classes not suitable for anyone with acute injuries

No previous Pilates?experience?required, equipment including balls provided.
