Spellings puzzles wanted

I am teaching an SEN adult to read and I am looking for simple spelling jigsaw puzzles like the one in the picture. She loves doing jigsaws and this has worked very well with the one I've used but they are expensive to buy so I'd be very grateful to hear from you if you have some lying around from when your children were small. The age range is early years 3 - 4 years with simple 3-5 letter words. Many thanks
