I have a double room to rent in a good-sized maisonette in Crystal Palace from 1st March.

Recently renovated, it is in great decorative order, with a large private sunny patio and beautifully manicured communal gardens which back onto woodland.

There is off-street parking, a garage and lots more storage space. I am a dog-walker and have 2 very friendly dogs of my own, so your dog is also welcome :)

Despite this I am quite house-proud and would prefer a non-smoker although it's not a deal-breaker.

?650 pcm (inc WIFI etc).
