Recommended Personal Trainer and Boot Camp

Its January and if you are anything like me and trying to purge the indulgence of the festive season I thought it would be a good time to endorse Darren Grey from www.fitfunactive.co.uk/

Feeling similar last year I started personal training sessions with Darren as well as joining his boot camp on Saturday mornings and it was the best thing in terms of targeted weight loss training and all round fitness. I lost over 2 stone, 4 inches around my waist, completely changed my body shape and dropped two dress sizes. I feel great as a result and will continue to work with Darren through 2016.

If you are looking to get fit in SE London then check out Fit fun and particularly Darren, I cant recommend him enough. http://www.fitfunactive.co.uk/darren-gray/

Darren also gets my vote. I have worked with him for coming up 3 years next week, going from someone who would've taken a cab up the stairs if i could, to someone who loves exercise - i work with him three times a week and go to his saturday bootcamp. I have recommended him several times on here because he is great at what he does. if you're thinking about getting a trainer, he's your man.

    • Thanks Matt Gale! He is currently doing the volunteer activity with them but might be a great idea for when he finishes 🙂
    • Getting the message "Windows will restart automatically" suggests that the probably was that a Windows update was involved. There was one about 2 weeks ago and another 3 days ago. At the initial stages of installing the downloaded update, the screen does go entirely blank for a short period. Could you have possibly switched it off and back again when it had such a blank screen? Having now got the message "Windows will restart automatically", you do appear to be making progress so I suggest you switch it back on and leave it uninterrupted like that for at least one hour. There is a good chance that if the update was in the early stages of installing the update, it will attempt to revert the install and then attempt the installation afresh.  You have nothing to loose by letting it run for an hour. If nothing changes after then, try and do a "Safe Mode" restart.
